We can typically start site work within 2–4 weeks of contract signing, depending on the scope and material lead times. Design and sanction work begins within 3–5 working days of the initial consultation.

Yes. All initial site consultations are completely free of charge. Our senior civil engineer visits your site, assesses the requirements and provides an initial feasibility discussion — at no cost.

You will need the property sale deed / khata, previous sanction plan (if any), encumbrance certificate and a site sketch. We guide you through everything else — soil test, architectural drawings and sanction plan preparation.

Yes. We serve clients throughout Karnataka. While our main offices are in Bengaluru (Ramanagar) and Mysore, we have successfully completed projects across multiple districts and are happy to discuss projects anywhere in Karnataka.

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheques and UPI. Payments are milestone-based — tied to specific construction stages as outlined in the contract. We never ask for large advances upfront.
